Regulations and code of conduct
 

• No childcare service is offered. You must pick up your child by 4 p.m. at the latest. 

• Our team disclaims all responsibilities after 4 p.m.

• Parents must notify coaches or officials in the event of a delay.

• No parents are allowed to enter the players' rooms (Exception Group A at 9 a.m.)

• Parents cannot attend training during the week. On the other hand, a competitive match will be
  present on Friday afternoon and the stands will be open to parents wishing to come see their child(ren).

• It is very important to notify and note in the registration form any food allergies or specific health conditions.

• NO form of disrespect will be tolerated. At the 3rd warning the player will automatically be met with his parent. Action may be taken depending on the seriousness of the action.

• All forms of physical, verbal violence or intimidation will not be tolerated and automatically reprimanded, through suspension or expulsion from the camp without possibility of reimbursement.

• Full payment must have been made upon player registration in order to confirm the player's place.

• Refund possible 60 days before camp, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied.

• No refund possible less than 60 days before camp.
